Youtube AD sent me an AD about WAGGY robot dog. I click the link that connected to kirobrands.com. I followed their steps to order and found they continued promoting MYSTERY BOX & ELITE CLUB, Extended warranty and priority shipping. There was only one "continue" bottom for each additional item. Then the system led me to input payment section. I input my credit card. Then their system indicated " Thank you! your order was completed successfully ". with the breakdown of charges. Then I realized they charged me 24.99 for Mystery box & Elite club and shipping 9.95. Then I called them there was recording to direct me to email the [email protected] . I searched Google and found there were a lot of victims like me complaining about mysterious multiple charges and poor qualify of goods and difficult to return the goods etc. I emailed to their support team. They emailed me order confirmation and charge my credit car. When ordering the item, it adds 2 more of the same item. Only one item was what I wanted. I have seen other people post about this and they are not happy about it! This is not amusing, funny, humorous, or a joke! The fact that myself and the others have to endure this is a sign of bad business practice! Went to company website, Kirobrands.com after seeing an advertisement for an AI powered dog "Waggy". Ordered 2. The dogs I received did not respond to my voice as advertised. All they did was bounce around and make a barking noise. Upon further research I noticed that they give a description of their different products on-line but not the dog Waggy. The mailing address on the label Jerry (001) - YASFBARA in Ranch Cucamonga CA is associated with United Stores Inc but is also linked to on-line scams.
