Campaign Narrative

This scam campaign centers around a network of five interconnected domains that share identical infrastructure while impersonating legitimate businesses and organizations. The domains kirobrands.com, plutoslides.com, www.memogenesis.org, www.consumertestreports.org, and flexshp.com were all registered through NAMECHEAP INC between June 17-24, 2025, with all entities connected through 17 documented infrastructure relationships. The campaign's connection to three companies with significant consumer complaint histories—Credit Corp Solutions Inc. (2,743 CFPB complaints), United Group Inc. (75 CFPB complaints), and Direct, Inc (5 CFPB complaints)—indicates a sophisticated operation targeting consumers across mortgage, debt collection, and vehicle financing sectors.

Consumer reports reveal deceptive advertising practices, particularly through kirobrands.com, which markets AI-powered robot dogs called "Waggy" through misleading YouTube advertisements. Multiple consumers reported receiving products that failed to function as advertised, with AI-generated promotional videos showing capabilities that the actual battery-operated products do not possess. Additional complaints document shipping delays, wrong-sized merchandise, and unresponsive customer service, with orders placed in late January 2026 not arriving until mid-February. The domain www.consumertestreports.org appears designed to mimic legitimate consumer protection organizations, likely to establish false credibility for the network's fraudulent activities.

To protect yourself from this campaign, verify any business legitimacy through official channels before making purchases or providing personal information. If contacted by these entities through email, phone, or social media, do not click on links or provide personal information. Instead, hang up immediately and report suspicious activity to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov or to the FCC for telecommunications fraud. Before engaging with any unfamiliar website or phone number, check its safety status through official consumer protection resources and search for complaint reports from other consumers.

This represents a high-threat, coordinated scam operation utilizing shared infrastructure to maximize reach while minimizing detection. Consumers should immediately cease any interactions with the identified domains and companies, dispute any unauthorized charges with their financial institutions, and continue monitoring for new domains that may emerge from this network as the campaign evolves.
