Denis sends an email asking you to quote 30 laptops. You get the quote from the manufacturer and send him a quote with pretty short turn around time. When he gets the quote he tells you that your company's bid is the lowest they have gotten and they want to place an order immediantely and need you to confirm you can ship in 3 business days. Once you send them all your company information for their "verification process" they send you a 1 page purchase order which has a delivery address thats a u-haul location. You dont know that though so you make the payment and Dell ships the devices to them directly and they have a NET30 payment term so you think you will get paid in 30 days but all the while they have no intentions of ever paying you because they are not a real government agency. They have pictures of minorities on their website but their email address is followed by.COM instead of .GOV - only GOD saved us from this scam because we didnt wire the money to Lenovo we were paying by credit card and that flagged the address as not my address so as I am trying to explain that it is not my company address the rep looks up the address and says its a u-haul facility and am I taking the devices to another country. I stopped and goggled the address myself only to find that in fact there was no government agency warehouse at that address. They almost got me but GOD saved me and I had to take a moment to warn others about these folks. They are very convincing. https://www.mbdadc.com/contact/ CONTACT US OFFICE MBDA Business Center – Capital Region 10750 Columbia Pike, Suite 200 Silver Spring, MD 20901 301-242-5320 .css-c8hvdp{--Grid-columns:12;-webkit-flex-direction:row;-ms-flex-direction:row;flex-direction:row;min-width:0;box-sizing:border-box;display:-webkit-box;display:-webkit-flex;display:-ms-flexbox;display:flex;-webkit-box- [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Unknown] [Location: MD, USA- 20770]
