Final approval means print ready artwork has been received and approved for printing, the quote has been approved and paid in full, and freight has been booked. What is your plan to get these flyers to Hawaii? We work with some freight companies state side and are happy to provide a quote, we will not purchase freight from a different service. It also seemed odd that they specifically asked for a quote without shipping included. I went ahead and replied with a rough estimate, asked if they had a graphic for the flyer that they wanted to use, and tried to get some more information. They sent a completely fake flyer that I've attached here. Notice the fake address (1234 Main Street), fake telephone number (808-123-4567), and incorrect website for the organization that is supposedly sponsoring this event (hawaiitata.org). They again asked for an official quote, but I told them I would need to include shipping for that. I also mentioned that since this is such a large order, we would require payment up front.
