The scammer's website helps people submit their trademarks. They overcharge you and do not submit all the trademark requirements. Then they come to you and impersonate a trademark government lawyer to get more money from you. They do NOT file correctly and make sure your trademark expires For the above verification procedure, the owner of the reference mark “xxxxxx™,” serial number #xxxxxxxxx, is scheduled to be verified with the federal examiner attorney of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Example below on their scam: The call is scheduled for thexxx 2025 at xxx PM (PST) by the appointment #xxxx. You'll have to call the Federal Examining Attorney at (571) 260-5181 at the given time. Make sure to have the appointment number and the serial number of your trademarks ready. When you call the trademark office, they will tell you no US attorney will call you. HOW THE ATTORNEY tried to scam you. Option 1: File all four service classes (042, 009, 038, 035) Sections xxx & xxxx Declarations (per class): $850 × 4 = $3,400 Sections xxxx & xxxx Declarations (per class): $675 × 4 = $2,700 Disclaimer (per class): $100 × 4 = $400 Total Payable Amount: $6,500 Option 2: File Classes xxx & xxx initially, then the rest.
