My parents received a letter from the IRS on 1/3/26 to their home address, asking if Korva LLC was a legitimate business. Whomever setup this business with the Colorado Secretary of State has received an EIN #41-3177039, for this business, using my 78 and 79 year old parent's address as their Principal Address. Upon further investigating, this one business, if you take the Registered Agent Company Name and put that into the Colorado Secretary of State business entity website search, you find business, after business, after business. We do not know exactly what the end game is, but they are now receiving mail at their home address for this FRAUDULENT business!! We have filed a fraudulent business report with the Colorado Secretary of State, the Attorney General's Office, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office as well. We have only received messages back that they have received our reports. Nothing further has been done. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated! Thank you VERY much!
