Misdialed phone no. For United Healthcare. Representative who answered claimed to be United Healthcare & asked for debit card information & Healthcare member ID which was given to them. After hanging up because the caller felt suspicious about buying items on a Healthcare call, received a pending $1.95 charge marked LEI on bank account. We called our bank & changed our account debit card & we transferred all of our money out of that account. A few days later we received a letter from Premium Plus Savings (posted from 06811 zipcode) stating we had a club membership currently in a 15 day trial period. If we didn't cancel said membership our debit card would be automatically billed $44.99 per month. We called the given phone no. for customer service 1(877)-682-1081 & canceled the membership by only giving First & last name & zip code. We were given a cancelation confirmation no. We shall see if we receive any further attempts to get money from our account. This is a scam of misrepresentation of company & giving misleading information to get money!
