I received a message that indicated that Nordstrom Rack was having a clearance sale on overstocked inventory from the holidays. I clicked on the link that was included on the message and began shopping. Everything looked legit and the prices were great. I ended up choosing 5 or 6 items and then checked out with my debit card. The following day, I went to check my email to review the confirmation I normally always get to see when the estimated delivery date would be, but there was no email sent. I went through my browser history to return to the website I was on the prior day but could not locate it, I checked my bank account to see if the transaction went through , which it did under the business name of "LOOKSETFETSIVE 757-7096622 NY" I have called the phone number listed on the transaction but it only rings with a busy signal twice then disconnects abruptly. I went to the tiktok shop to order some things for a friend, everything looked good at the time. I made my order, then I received the ordered confirmation, and tracking number. They did charge my cc on 12-25-25 merchant name LOOKFESTIVE, MERCHANT ADDRESS 757-7096622, NY, 112350000. Shipping has taken forever, package showed delivered 01-25-2026 but my friend said she has not received anything. I tried to reach out to the company who shipped it and they said reach out to the company the purchase was made through. Their website now shows unable, I did send an email asking for photo proof of delivery, and will be disputing the charge on my cc. Seen an ad on TikTok for discounted Figs scrub uniforms. Clicked on link and it sent me to a website named RINBUY. Made the purchase and the name of merchant is now VLOOKMEIISH somewhere in NY NUMBER (757)709-6622. I ordered some clothing from a link on TikTok. I never received the clothing. Emailed to seller. Seller never contacted back. Confirmation email for my purchase came from, " [email protected] ". Email to contact for help was, " [email protected] ". Company name and number on bank statement is, "VLOOKFETSIVE", "NY", "(757)709-6622". Confirmation email had a link to track my package at "track718.com". Track718.com states it was delivered on 3/2/2026 at 17:33:45. My order was never delivered. I have cameras around my house and they did not record any deliveries or movement at that time.
