I received a standard resorted leter with permit no 699 mailed from zip code 92799. There is not a return address or business name. Where a return address should be it states Official Business Penalty for private use $300 form 9550-warr. In the body of the letter it states that my home warranty is going to lapse or has lapsed. Letter addressed to me. Claimed my property's home warranty was due to expire. The letter correctly identified the bank holding my loan.
