I received a notice in the mail from Conventional Home Lender saying it was a final notice that I was in great danger of losing my home and to call thier phone number 877-231-3109 so I called and the lady agent Karina Ross from Conventional Home Lender also said that I was in great danger of losing my home since I am over the age of 67 and to immediately pay a $75.00 deposit and then for the next 18 months to pay $236.00 and the next 18 months would be free of charge up until 3/5/2029 for full home owner insurance so I let her know that my home and property have been fully insured through Allstate for over 30 years so she begins to argue and pressuring me to give her my credit/debit or checking account number right then and now but I told her no and to email me over her company policy and procedures information so I could read over it before making a decision and she would not do it so I hung up the phone on her. I received a standard resorted leter with permit no 699 mailed from zip code 92799. There is not a return address or business name. Where a return address should be it states Official Business Penalty for private use $300 form 9550-warr. In the body of the letter it states that my home warranty is going to lapse or has lapsed.
