Ordered NeuroDyne after seeing Dr Peter Attia on Internet. Was sent a photo-receipt for the 6 bottles I ordered and charged $294. Then received a similar billing of 294 plus another $144 for product not ordered. I have photos of the two billings. I contacted by phone Cartpanda, the company that sent the billings and was told it was a mistake and they would give me a discount for the error. After 2 weeks of no communication I recontacted by phone Cartpanda and was assured they had taken care of the problem and I should contact my CC company to prove it. One week later I called the CC company and found they did discount my original 294 fee but had not removed the 144 extra charge. I made an official dispute and finally received a 144 refund 10 days later BUT in the meantime I found the second bottle of the six appeared contaminated. I have tried emailing, faxing and calling Healthy Living multiple times with no response. I even tried a second listed phone number (720-588-5522) and (302) 618-4094. Credit card was blocked by bank when cartpanda came up for order. No order was made. Three days later a $295.47 charge hits my credit card by cartpanda for neurocept which I never ordered. Five days later 6 bottles arrive whose content was vitamin B at very low dosages ie. junk. Endurox Prime was the name of the company/distributor of a supplement sold to me under false pretenses. Instagram was the conveyor these scam artists used to convey the promises of this supplement that some doctor had discovered which clinically showed wonderful results for reversing memory loss, clearing brain receptors of elements blocking their proper function with the key ingredient discovered being cedar honey and something else. The product, Neurocept, which I bought, along with a second order at a reduced price and a secondary product called Night Renew (which I was charged for but did NOT arrive with the Neurocept) were guaranteed with a 90 day money back refund if not satisfied. I've had no problem returning product with this understanding from any other vendors in the past so I tried their Vitamins. Once the product arrived there was a very poorly typed packing slip declaring the Neurocept and Night Renew were in the package. I called their phone number, 302-618-4094, to tell them that the Night Renew wasn't in the shipment and after a forever wait they agreed to reimburse my credit card that charge.. which they eventually did. later, before 60 days I called this same number asking for a packing slip return label to be sent to my email the representative gave me responses about trying it longer, give it more of a chance and such. I clearly told the rep. that I had looked closer for the ingredients told to us on their video and didn't see the key ingredients which alerted me we had a bogus product and that I had no intention of taking any more. I gave them my email address and asked one final time for a return address label to be sent there and the rep. said that they would. I never got a return label, once more with every following call -and text, they no longer acknowledged my account.
