On 01/06/26 on a social media website, I attempted purchase of 1 bottle of "NeuroDyne" marketed for brain health, but the website reverted to a charge for 6 bottles at $294. I therefore did not press the payment button and closed the app in the belief my credit card would not be charged, and my personal information would be deleted from the site. However, the product was delivered a week later, and I checked my CC account to discover a charge of $294 was made against "CARTPANDA* NEURODYN432 WILMINGTON DE". I registered this as a dispute with my CC fraud department that has not been credited. The CC fraud dept requires I demonstrate that i attempted to contact the company and return the items to the shipping address of "Healthy Living 18655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011". I have made many calls to the number (302) 618-4094 that no one answers and always went to vm. I have left multiple messages with my mobile number and email address but have received no response to date. I am returning the six bottles by USPS and requesting a signed delivery notice to present to my CC provider along with making a record of the phone calls. 1. I received an online product from Neurodyne. The charge was hundreds of dollars more than what I expected because they added "bonus" products I neither need nor requested. I never opened any product and have the items in the original shipping box. 2. It is proving difficult to find the right person to contact. What business is ultimately in charge? If this is a scam, what entity or entities are the source? 3. The information on the packing slip listed a customer service number (1 (302) 618-4094. When I called the number there was a message to call between business hours. No hours were mentioned. I called around 14:00 CST--which should have been well within business hours in Colorado. 4. I sent a detailed email to three different entities: Healthy Living, Neurodyne and [email protected] with the hope that one of them would be the right organization to help me resolve this issue, return all the products according to their process, and provide the information required for them to process a full return of all items, unopened, and process my requested full reimbursement. 5. I am going to contact my bank and request assistance with what looks fraudulent to me. I was encouraged to buy a weight loss product. LipoDyne by Healthy Living. Upon receiving the product realized I really didn't need it and called for return authorization. the phone number 302-618-4094 has a recording "reached out of office hours" regardless what time of day. They also have a CS email [email protected] . I went on the actual Healthy Living website to find they have no such product. Healthy Living gave us a shipment of products that we paid for & want to return. I have been unable to contact them at their phone # (302)6184094 to get a return process. I haven’t contacted PayPal or my bank, but will do so today. The account of CARTPANDA in Delaware processed the payments 3 separate ones. $ 320.17, $105.63, $378.97. We did receive the product and want to return it. I will on Monday the 9th of February return it. In the meantime I will attempt to contact them for a return number. I saw an AD on Facebook for a breakthrough eye supplement pill called Optivell. I ordered 6 bottles, which I normally would not do, and I did receive them. My doctor advised against taking these pills because of other health conditions. I was trying to contact Living Health at the customer service number they provided, 302-618-4094, to get directions for the return of the product. I get a recorded message that I am calling outside work hours (midday). Then I used the email provided, cartpanda.com.de, and got a message that there is no such site.
