I googled a U.S. phone # for All Nippon Airways to rebook a flight. The number that came up was 800-359-2627. Looking at my phone record, another number that might be connected is 844-688-8007. Somehow I ended up with this scam travel group. I thought I was talking with United, the airlines I originally booked the All Nippon Airways flight through. The guy I spoke with, Noah (not sure if this is his real name or not), looked up my flight and then pretended he needed to verify the birthdates of the passengers in my group. He switched my birthdate with my daughter's birthdate and said because they were wrong, I needed to rebook the whole flight. He said it would be $300/passenger and then I talked him down to $600. I hadn't been able to get seat assignments on the All Nippon Airways leg of the trip because the All Nippon Airways website kept giving me error messages and he said he could help me with that. He said it required putting a request in, but he guaranteed me that he could get seats by each other for my family of 3. He said to call him back in a few days, right before I left for my trip. When I called him on that day, he said he didn't have the seat assignments yet and to call him back after I arrived at my first destination. When I got hold of him then, he told me the only seats left that were together were in an upgrade section so I needed to pay $125 per passenger. So altogether, I ended up paying close to an extra $900 for the rebooking. Noah's contact # is 844-688-8007 extension 2011. .css-c8hvdp{--Grid-columns:12;-webkit-flex-direction:row;-ms-flex-direction:row;flex-direction:row;min-width:0;box-sizing:border-box;display:-webkit-box;display:-webkit-flex;display:-ms-flexbox;display:flex;-webkit-box-flex-wrap:wrap;-webkit-flex-wrap:wrap;-ms-flex-wrap:wrap;flex-wrap:wrap;gap:var(--Grid-rowSpacing) var(--Gri [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: TravelFares] [Location: UT, USA- 84095]
