Found phone number on Internet for Virgin Air +1 (888) 758-2540 in order to change seats for upcoming flights. Was told to reach out to the Delta rep - Glen at 1-888-300-3373. The flight was already reserved by a tour company & this “Delta Airlines” representative, Glen, said he could get cheaper flights but I had to pay first then wait for refund. He sent a confirmation email with Delta Airlines logo with the same Conf number we already had. And then sent me an email from an address that was NOT Delta. I asked if he was a DLemployee and he repeatedly told me he was. My AMEX charge was from the word RESERVATIONS. I then checked my credit card app & another phone number appeared on statement for this charge: (760) 666-3550 air-faretravels.com I became suspicious & called Delta and they said no one had been in the record to refund the flight or adjust the price. And also called my credit card company immediately to dispute the charges & cancel the card. I booked a flight through Booking.com to Portugal. I wanted to make changes to my flight the following day. I could not get a hold of anyone at Booking.com so I called which I thought was TAP air Portugal airline. I called 888 300-3373 at Reservations.com. I talked to a person named Ronn, who assured me that if I paid 1,986.88 to upgrade my ticket that he would make the changes to my ticket to an upgraded ticket so the changes could be made. then would reimburse my credit card. He sent me my new intennary and an email with the money that would be refunded within one billing cycle. One billing cycle later no money was returned. I called TAP directly and was informed that no changes were made to my original ticket. and they could not help because it was booked through a third party. and not through them. I made numerous attempts to contact Reservations.com to no avail,was always told that Ronn would get back to me. I filed a complaint with TAP airlines and was told they were not responsible and that I had been a victim of scam and Fraud, I was then in constant contact with my credit card company. As of today THANKFULLY the money was returned to my card when I filed a disputed charge for servicers not rendered. At one point they told me they would not reimburse me because I was scammed and it was not fraud and would be responsible for the charges. But, with constant persistence they did credit the amount and I was told that if the credit card company could not get a hold of anyone to resolve this matter by May 2nd. The case would be closed. I highly doubt they will get to speak to anyone about this matter.
