After receiving my money, the company stopped responding completely — no emails, no calls, no explanations. My money was never returned. This company presents itself as a religious travel agency, but in my experience, they used religion to gain trust and then failed to honor their commitments. That is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Hajj is a sacred journey, and anyone who exploits people financially in the name of faith should be avoided at all costs.
