I found out about the charge from this company when I was balancing my checkbook. How they got my credit card info is unknown to me. The customer support link on their website did not work. I did speak to a customer service rep on the phone, and my request for a refund was at first refused. After some discussion, a full refund was granted, which I have yet to receive. There is a second website, FTTLS.com, that is nearly a carbon copy of AUDIONRY.com, which took $39.99 from my credit card. Their customer support link also did not work, but I was able to talk to a service rep on the phone. I was refused a full refund but was offered a 50% refund of the $39.99 taken from my credit card account, which has yet to be paid. I believe these two companies are directly connected.
