I went to purchase shoes through a link on Facebook. I do not recall the name of the poster, or what business it was. I do know it wasn’t DYNAHAIR though, which is the website I was taken to once I hit purchase for the confirmation code. It looked suspicious to me, so I took a screenshot. The shoes were originally $9.99. It was advertised as a discounted pair ugg shoes. I figured they were a knock off because of the price, however, I didn’t care because I was just going to use them around the house. However, when I was taken to the confirmation page, the price was changed to $40.06. I also assumed this was how they were taking advantage of people, by upping the shipping charge. But it didn’t stop there because I have been charged twice since then by DynaHair.com $63.43 (totaling over $125)! When I went to the website, it appears to be a cover website for a scamming business. I can tell because they don’t have their own products, they source from various random ones. It appears that they operate off a membership system. It also seems they registered me as a VIP member whenever I purchased the shoes. I have never received the shoes, nor did I ever willingly or knowingly sign up for or create a registration for that website. When I reached out to the support system via email I got responses from what can only be an AI response system. They would respond in length within one minute of my emails, most of which was repetition of things that didn’t even apply to what I was reaching out about. They also claimed that they have no affiliation with Facebook, or any other businesses. That of course doesn’t make sense just by looking at their website itself, but more so from my screenshot, you can see Facebook right above their website name. On top of that they argued that because of their policies they could not refund me. Complete lies and deception!
