I was selling two unused gift cards that I had for target and Nintendo. I went onto giftcardscashout.com to sell them for a percentage of the total value. They provided me a cashout of $132.50 to be paid to me on PayPal for both cards and stated I would have the money within the hour it's been a month and I still haven't received the funds. I checked th card and balances have been wiped off and I can no longer see the transaction on their website. As a matter of fact the whole website doesn't even pull up anymore.
