I made an order for a personal book made for my five-year-old granddaughter on September 13 2025. The product was described as a personal hardcover story book that was about 27 to 32 pages according to description they made. I made many attempts to contact this supposed business. They assured me that as soon as the book was completed that they would send tracking information. December I checked on order and there was a posting on their website saying they were transferring information to another system and I could ask for a refund. I wrote to Support. @ilurra.com an email stating that I wanted my refund. I sent three notices that I wanted my refund immediately. No further explanation was given. I did not hear back from this alleged business. October November, December. After 3 1/2 months of assuring me that it was coming all of a sudden everything went blank.
