I saw an ad on FB for Ratchet Straps - buy 2 get one free. I purchased them on 12/05. I rec'd an order # (24693) and a link to a tracking site. The tracking number SDH0078943903 has been telling me that it is "awaiting pickup" since I ordered, and has not changed. I emailed the company on 29 Dec and have not rec'd a response. I emailed them again today (01/05). I tried to go into the tracking site and am now getting an error that says "site cannot be reached". I attempted to go directly into the site shopforcegear.com and am receiving a 403 FORBIDDEN error message. I will be contacting my bank today to see about getting my money returned. Forcegear advertised on Facebook one handed rachet straps & a bundle on sale for Black Friday through Shop or Shopify's app. Placed an order for: 2 green, 1 black, 1 purple, and 1 camouflage one handed use rachet straps (all included bags) on 11/27/25. Order reflected on Shop's app states Priority Express Shipping. I had not received the products as of 12/14/25 to Forcegear via email (only contact info reflected) advising order had not arrived nor had the tracking info been updated since 11/28 (which reflects "On its way"). Received a reply same day from Forcegear advising, Your order was shipped from China.....and requested me to continue to monitor tracking. If there was no update in 3-5 days to contact them again so they can investigate it further. Tracking/shipment staus did not change & I sent a follow-up email to Forcegear 12/22/25 which has gone unanswered. I filed a complaint with Shop/Shopify 12/29/25 through the app. Received acknowledgement of complaint filed automated email from Shopify same day. No other correspondence received. Today received package mailed from Hicksville 12005 Roosevelt Blvd Philadelphia PA 19154 Of 3 green, 1 black, 1 blue cheap generic rachet straps which are not the one handed push button rachet straps I ordered. The shopforcegear.com site currently reflects error & advises site is not secure which it did not previously. None of the shop app images load in my order when clicking on them.
