I placed an order for 4 Snugama HeatHug Blankets on October 12, 2025 for a total of 182.59 to be paid in 4 installments. The first payment of 45.74 was paid on October 28, 2025, followed by the second payment on November 11, 2028 and the remaining balance of 91.48 was paid on November 22, 2025. Per the Shop app, I have a tracking number of ****************** and per www.yuntrack.com, the shipping information was received on October 14, 2025 however, it is still showing to be processing. I placed an order after seeing an ad on Facebook on 1/31/26. After numerous messages providing a tracking number, the order has yet to be shipped as of 2/12/26. I requested they cancel the order but they wrote that the item has shipped and provided a tracking number to yuntrack.com, but this is another scam. They’ve already charged my credit card.
