Puppy scammer beggar of Cameroon I purchased a puppy to be shipped to me. The logistics firm contacted me stating an airline approved carrier needed to be used in order to ship the puppy and there was a refundable $2,100 charge for this. I paid via Zelle and the company said my transfer never went through and wanted me to submit another $2,100 to ship the puppy. I said no since my original payment cleared my bank.
