Following my booking, I received a receipt from [email protected] , with a reply-to address of [email protected] . Moments later, I received a confirmation email from [email protected] with the subject line: “Your reservation, 3 Hour Family Sluice & Panning Adventure on Sunday, November 9, 2025, is confirmed!” The email stated: “Get excited! Your reservation for the 3 Hour Family Sluice & Panning Adventure on Sunday, November 9, 2025, is confirmed! We’re looking forward to having you and sharing all of the excitement that gold panning has to offer. Activity Details: - Items Reserved: 3 Hour Family Sluice & Panning Adventure: 1x Family. - Activity Date: Sunday, November 9, 2025. - Start Time: 11:00 AM. - Meeting Location: 18170 Main St, Jamestown, CA 95327, USA. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before.” However, upon arriving at the provided address, we found a half-empty building—one side occupied by a tattoo shop, while the other side was vacant. When I called the phone number listed in the email (209-770-9776), I received a message indicating that the number had been disconnected. The same occurred when I tried the number on their website (209-352-8293). This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after looking forward to this adventure.
