I ordered this Item online it was charge to my account with in minute! most companies I order from do not charge my account until shipped after a week I got no shipping confirmation, I called 1-309-204-4540 multiple Times with no answers on the phone calls I emailed and they sent me a tracking number for a shipping label that was created (only after my email) the items were never delivered to post office, I emailed to cancel order they said they can't cancel, I called the number they have for customer service 719-402-9411 after lots of ring a ruff voice answered Hello. when I asked if it was customer service he hung up.
