Tried several shipping company especially YunExpress delivery with tracking number which always shows error. Went through Shoplify connected site and only display "Label created" , payment information paid through Shoplify, Processing: CN - US, nut never showed "No Delivery". ***I feel that Facebook, Shoplify is just as liable for working directly with these Scamming fake company, and Shoplify accepting my money on these Scamming companies behalf before they vexed these "so called " businesses. So, shoppers be aware when clicking on these "Fake businesses" before doung your own research but for the most parts I have "Always" received my products that shows on Shoplify. I came across You Boujie wigs on Facebook and I clicked on it. It took me to the Shop App., Shopify, where I purchased two short curly wigs with scarfs on them, plus a free straight promotional wig for free. I paid $39.99 on 12/04/2025. I got an email from “ [email protected] ” informing me of my order and shipment status. After that, nothing! I kept logging online to see if there was a tracking number to track my order or if it had shipped. There was no information at all. I called the number provided “+1 407 850 8452“, but no one answered. I left several messages and emailed their support email. Nothing! I reached out to Shopify via the Shop App, and reported them. I got a message from the Shop App informing me that they will pass on the message to You Boujie. I have left reviews on You Boujie’s site to make consumers aware of their SCAM! Today is 3/12/2026 and they got my money and I never got my order! I am unable to get in contact with anyone from You Boujie at all! It’s like they disappeared overnight! I have tried all the avenues I know how to either get my money back, or my actual order and/or, spread awareness to unsuspecting customers such as myself! Be aware. Stay away from them. It sucks because this was my Christmas gift to myself!! I have been sick for Years and lost quite a bit of my hair, and when I saw these wigs, I was excited. And to top it off, they were running a huge discount/sale! Argh! Anyway, that’s that.
