I received an item from this company that was completely different from what was shown on their website. When I asked for a refund, they required that I ship the item back to China using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which costs between $60–$150 and is not available through USPS. Their return policy is unreasonable and makes refunds nearly impossible. The product was not as described, and they refused a full refund unless I paid excessive international shipping. This feels deceptive and unfair to consumers.
