704-286-3158 called and stated Immediate attention is required file # DA_______ his name was Frank Wright calling about a complaint pending against me and I need to call the Firm at 877-783-0353 failure to respond will result in a preceding without my consent. All calls have been logged and submitted as proof that I have been notified in this matter and then provided me with my personal address. The my ex wife gets the same call from a different number 704-755-9819 for me with a different file #. I did call the 877-783-0353 number and the guy who answered (Oddly enough sounded just like Frank Wright) said it was CNA Law Firm in Texas claiming they recover debts. When I asked if he was Frank Wright he said he wasn't even though he had the same raspy old smoker voice. I tried to google them while on the phone with no results for the company name and location he gave me, Then I asked for their website address. He refused to give it to me unless I provided the file number. I told him I was trying to legitimize the business before I gave any person info or file number. He became very frustrated and talked over me demanding the file number. Then transferred me to the department handling file numbers as he only answered the phone. Some lady answered asking for a file # and when I asked for their company email she also became agitated and refused.
