I attempted to purchase a ragdoll kitten via Happy Trails Ragdoll Home on facebook for $500.00 via either Apple Pay/Cash App/Chime. We were told we needed to send the deposit of $200.00 ahead of time and we could pay the remainder when we have the kitten. We scheduled a weekend pickup, the provided an address in Lewiston, PA where we were going you drive to get the kitten. They supplied phone numbers of 7755462671 and 7065512835 with a screen shot of Avi Allen ($TTGavi). We had to supply my name address and phone number ahead for the adoption papers and the last vet check for the day before pickup and agreed we agreed to pay remainder of $300.00 on pickup on Saturday. Friday morning I reviewed a message through FB indicating that his/her son was hospitalized and that the kitten as going to be delivered through a currier service at not expense to me and I then received a txt from 3157082523 with a tracking number from a business Swift Logistic Transport (Swift Track) from what looked to be an app showing a business location in New York and Glasgow phone number 323-220-7429 this app had shown all my personal information and a message telling me I needed to pay $700 to rent a crate for the kitten or $1100 for the purchase of the crate for thre kitten with 98 % refundable on delivery but I had to provide full payment via Apple Pay/Cash app/chime only, and when I questioned why not credit card being an option for a shipping company they said their system was under maintenance at this time and when I refused, they abruptly told me that I would have to talk to my breeder. I messaged the breeder indicating this information, realizing this was looking like a scam in the breeder indicated that they had left the kitten with the courier and they were stuck in the hospital with their son and had no way to retrieve back the kitten from the agency.
