My name is Anne and I'm calling with the verification department on behalf of Greenberg & Associates. Our office has been retained to discuss a notice of demand that was issued out to the address we have on file at (address) in Camarillo, California. We have yet to receive a response on this matter, and this is time sensitive and requires his attention. If he could please forward this to Mr (husband's name) and have him give her office a call at 833-925-3889 and provide his document number of 369431 to discuss this matter today. Phone call: Not answered, from (702) 620-9373 Searchlight, NV on Nov 20, 2025 at 2:09 PM Recorded message on voice mail. From: Ryan To: Me, misspelled my first name Reference: A file number that I don't recognize Purpose: "I'm calling from document verification on behalf of Greenberg Associates regarding a complaint related to a civil filing that has been requested against you you (sic) were mail (sic) documentation to address this matter, but it has been reported as a failure Respond (sic), If you did not receive the notice or if you have any questions regarding the action, it's now being taken against you (sic) You can reach out to the issue Firm (sic) at (833) 925-3889 (sic) With your final number (sic) Please be advised any continued failure to respond, (sic) could result in legal decisions Made (sic) without your participation you (sic) have officially been notified... (sic)" This person apparently has nothing relevant to me except my last name and telephone number. I have not lived in Nevada for 10 years. He also called my son, who still lives in Las Vegas, looking for information. My son asked questions which the caller refused to answer. Therefore my son gave him nothing. I was prompted to report this since it is so similar to another recently reported scam and the area code and exchange numbers are identical (833) 925-!!!! . I have received more than two hundred calls referencing Nevada area codes since April of this year. Sometimes five calls a day, five days a week and often on Saturday and Sunday. No two calling numbers are the same. Most appear to be from autodialers giving randomly generated Nevada numbers similar to mine, and most trigger a message of suspected spam on my I-phone. I only answer when a name from my contact list comes up with the number. My Self and My Husband both Received this Voicemail. We have nothing outstanding and have not been served any paper from the County. I did look up the number and looks like a scam and not legit office. Here is what was said. I removed our names and address. "Hello, Miss uh (Name). Uh, your phone number was listed here as a secondary point of contact for a (Name). If you could please forward the following information to him. My name is Xavier and I'm calling on behalf of Greenberg and Associates. Our office has been retained to notify (Name), a (Name) of a pending civil matter scheduled to be filed out of (County Name) County, (State). There was a failure to respond to a notice of demand that was sent to his address on file on (Address). Any questions or concerns can be referred to the filing firm directly at Greenberg and Associates, phone number is 833 925-3889 and the file reference number is CV -. Please note it is urgent that the firm does need to speak with (Name)today as this matter is time sensitive or legal decision may be made without his participation or consent. (name).
