Popup claiming to be Apple regarding suspicious charge with contact number. Called and was instructed to download an app (connect wise control)for them to review account they accessed debit card on file made purchases from walmart (2 gold razor gift cards $500 each). Amazon gift card $285. And a Cash App transfer to Emma Bankston ($334bfesx) $1571. Also used phone number 833-982-5138 Cash App neglected to accept claim as fraud refused refund when multiple transactions were attempted on their site before a successful transfer was completed.
