I received a call (left voicemail) stating they were going to take legal action. I’ve never heard of them or received anything in the mail from this company before. “Hello, this is an urgent message, intended for David Smith? My name is Ashley ********. A legal complaint with intent to schedule a filing date is now in process. “To avoid any legal action. Caller left message, “ This message is intended###########. My name is Sheena and I'm contacting you in regards to a notice of intent. I was forwarded to my office, expected for filing against you in Dubois County. The firm filing a complaint reported a failure to respond. If you have any questions or concerns, you will need to contact the issuing firm at 855-264-5681 when contacting reference case number 145883. please be advised that this issue does require your immediate attention if they don't hear from you, they'll be forced to move forward without your consent.”. They said inhad a complait filed on me two months sent to my address and basically had me scared I could get prosecuted if i did not call Common Law Compliance groupmwith the number either 18952645681 or 18552645681. I did not call either number. One number is not even a real number though. There is no such group as the common law compliance group. Thats how i know it is all a scam. They gave a case number too. It seemed legit because he knew my address and phone number and didnt ask for money or any other personal information.
