I have received two letters in the mail. I called the phone number listed on the final notice 1-866-202-1636. An individual answered requesting a code on the notice. I provided a customer ID number. The individual than asked for the code on the notice I am calling about. I was really confused as they went on to provide information on vehicle service contract and quoting $1,000. The call started breaking up and I could not hear the rest of the conversation so I hung up. I looked online and saw this is a scam.
