My cell phone was, in fact, hacked by an organized crime call center (844) 518-9463, and (877) 789-0419) . They are impersonating both Microsoft and Apple Support representatives. Requesting to screen share in order to extrapolate your personal information from what they see, and taking full control of your cellular device which you call from. The deception began December 2nd when I got six spoof emails sent and I believe opened by Mistake. Thus, my Microsoft Outlook account became locked, and I could not reset my password to log back in. I can provide the spoof emails that I constantly received via email in order to eventually lock my Microsoft Outlook account, and temporarily hack my device to proceed the next steps of deception. As of December 2nd And 5th of 2025, I had called and "screen shared " with 3 different individuals via the two phone numbers I have mentioned above on WhatsApp and a different screen sharing oriented App (I cannot recall the other Application). The first individual was coercing me to buy Apple gift cards in order to unlock my Microsoft Outlook account. The Second individual requested Apple gift cards as well, and multiple failed Bitcoin transactions via Cash App. The third individual also requested to go to my Cash App for multiple failed Bitcoin transactions, and I then became frustrated. I then demanded an explanation for each representative requesting Apple gift cards and Bitcoin in order to unlock my Microsoft account. They just continued to keep asking for multiple screen sharing, logging in and out of my Cash App, Apple gift card purchases (which is where $1,500 dollars were spent) and RBFCU online banking in order to redeem my funds. Now, December the 7th came around. I logged back into my back account and I was over drafted an amount of negative $800 dollars.
