amazon prime charged my card without my permission i went on google and got amazon prime number which was 888-280-4341 i talked to the operator who said i was sending me a 100 dollar gift card i told him i dont want anything i just want the charge off my card he said he needed my my name address and credit information so he could send a refund to me i felt like it was a scam but i gave him the information i told him let me speak to supervisor he put me on hold for a long time so i asked him why is it taking so long then his supervisor took the call and started asking for all my information again he gave me a number to call which was 800-373-3411 by this time i felt funny so i hung up on him then a called my credit card company and the said it sounded like a scam she gave me the real amazon phone number i called them and asked did they have any records of my call today and they said no. she said we never ask you for all that information. she said that was not us. thats when i knew i got scammed. so i had to call back my credit card company and cancel that card.
