I bought 2 tote bags for $30 on February 11, 2026. I emailed for tracking and was never contacted with tracking. I keep getting emails that I need to look at their products. I have called their phone number in the site (212-919-9313) and it goes straight to hold music and then hangs up without you speaking to someone. Within 3 weeks of my order I was charged a membership fee and have canceled it. I am going to try and go through my bank to get my money back.
