I am receiving insurance polic6in my name that I did not apply for. I have received 3, so far but was able to canceled before they where in effect. The insurance agent name is Joseph Jubran. This same person was on all 3 of the policies. My bank account number was wrong on all of the policies. I reported them to Bank of America. Med Star Hospital in Washinton DC records were hacked. I think this why I am getting these policies. This last policy had an email address for Joseph Jurban as, [email protected] It is more than likely a fake.
