I called “USA Appliance Repair” at 202-866-3794 to schedule a dishwasher repair. “Fix My Appliance Repairs” showed up at my house, took apart my dishwasher and said I needed a new control board, it would likely cost $489 and I needed down payment of $300. I wrote a check. Repairman came back to my house 12 days later and said he saw that new part was broken when he opened it while sitting in his vehicle. Came back another week later again supposedly with control board part but then said a new harness was needed and after that, I never heard from him (“Jai”) again. Called the numbers listed on my invoice and sent email but both numbers (301-289-0900 and 703-289-0900) said mailboxes were full and could not take messages.
