2/6/2026 I received 4 calls from different numbers starting time 8:04 A.M. (214-209-1370, 317-238-3939 and 516-922-5501 x 2, stating they had cease and desist order from Bank of America for me. I didn’t give any personal info nor did I say yes when they called my name and asked if it was me.. I called B of A to confirm if they had called while caller was on phone and they hung up. After which I received 3 more calls after initial contact.. again no personal info given just very frustrating to continue to get calls from impersonator. Hopefully they won’t trap other seniors to give info and rob them. [BBB Scam Type: Credit Cards] [Business: Unknown] [Location: TX, USA- 75501]
