Scammers operating the Direct Mortgage Warrant Scam used phone numbers including 940-290-6879 and 317-238-3939 to impersonate Alliant Credit Union representatives contacting members about supposed financial problems. They claimed consumers needed to verify personal information or make immediate payments to resolve urgent account issues. The impersonation was exposed when victims called Alliant Credit Union directly and confirmed no such communications had been sent.

The scammers contacted me claiming to be from ALLIANT CREDIT UNION, calling from 833-408-1591 about a pre-approved loan offer. They said I had been selected for a special loan program and needed to pay upfront fees to secure the funds. When I tried to verify this with the real Alliant Credit Union, they confirmed no such program existed and that scammers were using their name.

I got a message from auc loans. That promised me a 3000 dollar loan. For two days I got turned down for a 500 dollar loan I ask for their phone number I looked at the picture called number it was for a health alert butten. I was looking to get a loan and came across them on facebook and through fb messenger i talked to a woman Abigail Jordan and she put me in contact with mr johnson and after the back and forth he said i had to pay a $150 fee ...when at the start ms. Was contacted for a loan. Provided info, loan was approved, payment was needed to get loan. I did check out the company, and I thought it was legit. They said my information on my application was wrong, my driver's license number, which I didn't give them. They said loan couldn't be processed, and I needed to sent another $250.00 to receive the loan. I sent check to pay off my loan and they put it in a savings account and charged the monthly payment to my cecking account. I never had a savings account with them.
