Protecting the next random stranger by wasting the scammer's time Managed to hold the Indian fake virus scammer on the line for 15 minutes. He was really frustrated. Yes, aren't you in customer service? You shouldn't talk to customers that way. > Oh... I'm sorry, sir, you are correct. I would like to help you with you problem. You need to go to your computer.
