I received a letter of 'Foreclosure Action: Notice of Foreclosure for (my address). There was no company or corporate address provided on the letter, or a declaration of what type of business it is. The letter provided a phone number to access a FREE Homeowner Relief Plan, which is (512) 631-4157. The plan would provide information on how to stay in my house, save my credit and avoid a public foreclosure. The letter stated that the program specialist for Converse is Julie Larson, with their signature. I did not try to contact this person.
