a student loan debt relief service that arose and came to my attention between late 2023 and mid 2024 for the purpose ofrepaying student loans with a 4 month commitment of approx $325.mo then remaining 18 months of $19---text service nly for the phone number of 657-933-4001; call number of 657-900-8886. I had gotten breast cancer summer of 2023; previously a furloughed new attorney, no job/contract work and the debt relief from the federal govt /freeze was nearing its end; to date, ii still receive statements from Aidvantage regarding my student loan payments simply showing $0.00 due but no deduction from my payments made with this servicer, New Education Relief. I call the # ending in -4001 and the answering service says its a text number only; the number ending in -8886 hasn't picked up; I requested a ledger of all payments made and outstanding balance to clear such debt--there were many programs arising at the time that had similar concepts, and going through the thick of breast cancer which was only cleared end of October 2024 then experiencing a second form that occurred late December 2024 through current, it's been a struggle, and I'm afraid whilst attempting to do research among 9 doctors and several visits a week for 1.5 years, that this would add reprieve. Unfortunately, after hearing nothing about an account ledger etc, i fear this is now a scam, especially not seeing any deductions regarding my actual student loan debt which can be located and accounted for online and through the paper mail receive.
