Fresh Start Union sends robot calls 6-10 times a day from various numbers. On 2/17/2006 I called 800-282-2881 and the person that answered the phone was foreign and did not announce the company he was representing. He said he was calling to finalize a loan. When I asked what is the name of the company her is representing he said "Fresh Start Union". I never applied for a loan of any kind with this company.
