I googled stubhub customer service to request credit for pkg permit I did not request to purchase. I called 877-216-9994 listed on google for stubhub customer service. I was told that they would refund my money but then they said when they canceled the ticket for parking it also canceled my concert tickets and that they would have to refund me for both then recharge for the concert tics and reissue them. I didn’t believe him and asked to speak to his supervisor, another person got on the phone but the line was not clear. I told him I could not understand him so he called me back but it was on a different number (805-316-6183) which showed as possible spam on my phone. Since it was their mistake he said they were going to only charge me $80 less on the concert tics so the new charge would be $500 instead of the 581.00 original tics. He then instructed me to my phone and had me put my credit card info in because I did not want to use my *** account. I told him I was not comfortable paying again until I saw proof that he really did refund my money, to my credit card. He said it would all go through at the same time, Then he told me to click gift card, I refused because it didn’t sound right. He only asked for the last four digits of my credit card acct at first I thought he was legit but I knew it was a scam when he tried to lead me to sending gift cards. When I refused to send him a gift card and told him he was trying to scam me he cursed at me saying f…you and hung up on me.
