Review: I received a call that went to voicemail (4 different times so far) from caller ID displaying “Spectrum." The voicemail identified me by name and they identified themselves as an employee of Spectrum. The voicemail mentioned that they had received a service request to add service at a new location, and they asked for a call back at the toll free number 833-846-0002. I immediately hung up the phone and called Spectrum to verify they did not have a service order for me. [BBB Scam Type: Utility] [Business: Spectrum Imposter] [Location: TX, USA- 76103]
