When you return the call, they immediately identify you by your phone number and seem to know your full name. As soon as they confirm your identity, they claim to have your address, full driver’s license number, and full Social Security number—information you never provided. They then ask you to “verify” this data. If you ask questions about the company or the debt, the representative becomes rude, evasive, and talks over you to avoid giving details. They also attempt to pressure you into setting up monthly payments to “settle” the debt. This is a scam. Be cautious of this company.
