866-853-2226

Possible scam? I live in Portland Oregon, and I've been receiving calls the past two weeks from a blocked number. I let it go to voice mail. Caller states he's from "legal account services". Says I will be served a summons. And if I need to reschedule, to call 866-853-2226 and reference the case number. I call my local county clerks office to see if there is anything in my name against me. Nothing. So I blow off the voicemail. Fast forward to today, I receive a voice mail from the same guy stating " we were unable to reach you at your place of employment because you No longer work there, we will come to your house tomorrow". The job he referenced was my previous job I quit last year, but he knew the name of the company. My question is, if I was really being summoned, would I be getting a heads up call before they come out? They obviously have some info on me since they knew my previous employer. Next time they call, is there something I can say or do to end it?
