I received a notice in the mail from someone claiming to be from spring EQLLC (mortgage lender) addressed to myself and my partner with our correct address with only a phone number stating to please call immediately as this is a final attempt to notify. It also has their hours of operation Monday through Friday 8 to 5 Pacific standard Time no Saturdays and if we need to speak with someone in Spanish to, please call a Spanish phone number of 8883475630. It does have a check at the bottom for allocated waiver of $199 made out to my myself and my partner with a a home ID on it and down at the very bottom it says this is not a check Florida LIC #W330498. I received a letter requesting immediate response in regards to my property secured by my current lender (the lender was named), however there isn't any information about what the question/concern is nor is there any identifiable information about who sent the letter.
