TopFair/K-Mart scam My wife went to the local K-Mart to get a shelving unit for our garage. It's supposed to contain 8 pole pieces that you fasten together to make 4 poles. 4 uppers with male connectors and 4 lowers with female connectors. I was sold a box with 3 uppers and 5 lowers. Inside of the packaging is a pink slip that says to call 1-888-867-3247 for assistance with missing parts. When you call, it's obviously a scam. They ask you to take a survey, then they say you've won a vacation to the Bahamas... even if you follow through to the end it tells you "hang up now." and makes this horrible screechy, airplane taking off sound. K-Mart is being no help either. How do I report this and to whom?
