I received the below fraudulent email (below) and since I'm a client of Blue Cross Blue Shield, I assumed that it was legitimate. I ordered the products for $17.49 on 1/7/2026, and received a subsequent charge on 1/10/2026 for $84.97. *See credit card transactions below. I called the company and was informed that the $84.97 charge was for a subscription service-which I had no knowledge of. After complaining about the charge, the company agreed to cancel the subscription, and take 30% off the charge. I would not agree to this, so they offered to take 50% off of the charge. Again, I would not agree and informed them that I was going to dispute the charge with my bank. Then they agreed to refund the total charge, "if I agreed to not report it to the bank or the Consumer Protection Agency or Federal Trade Commission". I did not agree to this. I have subsequently disputed the credit card charges with First Citizens and the card has been cancelled.
