Is www.bartactt.com a scam? I did a simple google search for a particular Weber gas grill and found the model for which I was looking at a price 54% less than every other website advertising it. From what I can tell, Weber controls the price of their grills, because they seem to be the same price everywhere, both online and in store. The price alone is suspicious (I was scammed many years ago in an online purchase and learned at least a little bit of lesson. Too good to be true, usually isn’t.) In the search results this one had a website of “www.bartact.com”, but when I clicked on it, I was brought to “www.bartactt.com”. I asked Google if that site was legit and it gave me results for the first one but not the second one, at all. That was when I became suspicious. Both have the same physical address listed. The second one really stinks of being a phishing copycat, and I’m not technologically advanced enough to learn anything about them.
