Received letter via US Mail from New Business Filing LLC with the title, "North Carolina Annual Report Due: April 15 2026," and requested that the receiver scan a QR code and pay $175 in fees to file an annual report with the State of North Carolina. The letter outlined: "[business name] and your other businesses may be administratively dissolved or revoked if the 2026 Annual Report is not filed by April 15 2026. if you have already filed your 2026 Annual Report, please disregard this letter.
